Pavitra Sundar is Associate Professor of Literature at Hamilton College, where she teaches transnational film and literature. Her work appears in Meridians; Jump Cut; Communication, Culture, and Critique; and the Sounding Out! blog, among other journals and anthologies. She recently co-edited a special issue of South Asian Popular Culture on Masculinities. On the horizon are a monograph that brings a feminist ear to Bombay film soundwork, Listening to Bollywood, and many adventures with the Accent Research Collaborative.
